I hate to bring a thread back from the dead, but I think I have another song for the whole stuck-on-a-desert-island thing:

STP - Sour Girl

I became obsessed with this song when it was first released (about eight years ago), and I've recently developed a second obsession with it.
This is one of the greatest songs I've ever heard.

Man, this is TOUGH. I can think of so many, tough to pick just one. Easier than picking a "favorite song". MUCH easier. Still tough to get the BEST one though.

ZZ Top - La Grange.

I think I could listen to that over and over. One of my FAVORITES to cruise to in the summer with the windows down, sun beating down, radio UP (obviously). It would remind me of that.

Some real good ones mentioned so far.

cragar, your choice was not surprising at all. :D  good one too!
1987 20th Anniversary Cougar, 302 "5.0" GT-40 heads (F3ZE '93 Cobra) and TMoss Ported H.O. intake, H.O. camshaft
2.5" Duals, no cats, Flowmaster 40s, Richmond 3.73s w/ Trac-Lok, maxed out Baumann shift kit, 3000 RPM Dirty Dog non-lock TC
Aside from the Mustang crinkle headers, still looks like it's only 150 HP...
1988 Black XR7 Trick Flow top end, Tremec 3550
1988 Black XR7 Procharger P600B intercooled, Edelbrock Performer non-RPM heads, GT40 intake AOD, 13 PSI @5000 RPM. 93 octane

The real question is, would your choice while drunk survive the sober you?

Wow that's a tough choice.  I guess I'd say In the City by the Eagles.
