i went toured wyotech and they do the same type of deal, but they said be prepared to WAIT, they will have your car for awhile, the kids are learning they go through step by step slowly. but the work i saw kids do at wyotech was amazing, i would guess other places as long as the teachers are good, the kids like what they do, and the equipment is good you should have no problem

Yeah, they told me the time thing too.  Hence the reason I'm going to the the bodywork here and not have them do it.  It's still my daily driver (gonna need to borrow/rent a few days for sure) so I can do a lot of the body work over a couple weekends while still driving the it...

When I was in college for autobody tech., we painted several people's cars/trucks.  The one thing the teacher did, was made sure it was done right.  He's not there doing it, but if it ends up bad, the students have to fix it til it's good.  No teacher should let a car leave looking bad.  I don't know if you are talking about a college level, or something  outta high school, but that's how mine was.

It's college.  And from what I hear it's one of the best programs in the state (or something good)  LOL  I probably just heard some generic horror stories.  Guess we'll see what happens.  I can't wait!  Gonna be fun to strip this thing down to nothing while still driving it!  LOL  But of course that will end when I pull the drivetrain!
