Master Cylinder question June 28, 2006, 11:54:30 AM I know this has been discussed before, but I am just trying to make sure I get the right parts. If I am using '96 Mustang brakes front and rear, then I should use an SN95 master cylinder since they were all designed to work together correct? And of course an adjustable prop valve. Master Cylinder question Reply #6 – April 06, 2008, 02:03:47 PM Hmm, cannot belive I never updated this. The car has been running with '96 SN95 brakes frt and rear with 94-95 spindles up front with Maximum Motorsports C/C plates. I am also running an SN95 master cylinder, and an adustable prop valve to the back. The car stops ok, but I feel it could be better and am wondering if there is a better option for a booster. I have a feeling that the booster was never replaced before I bought the car in '03, and I know I have never replaced it. I am thinking about putting in an SN95 booster from a '94-95 GT or Cobra, because as far as I can tell, they both use the same booster. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Quote Selected
