Re: Twinturbo pictures Reply #24 – February 28, 2005, 06:02:47 PM The turbos are t3's with t4 compressors. I have made everything so far from scratch to save money and keep fit and finish to my specifications. I did alot of research on how to go about doing it with out modiying everything. This was the plan since I put the 5.0 in so I made some different engine mounts to clear the headers when the right header is put on the left and the left header is put on the right. Most of the modification will not be noticible as far as making new a/c lines rotating the power steering pump for clearance, moveing the coil next to the a/c pump. There are a few other minor changes but nothing to difficult. My original intent was to keep all the assecorys wich I have manges to do. I also did not want to cut any sheet metal which manage also. Is all a tight squeeze but it fits and dosent look half ass. sometimes keeping somthing looking simple and clean can bee a difficult task. As far as block and internal it all stock 91 mustang parts. This limits what I can run my boost at because the limit of the block is around 500 HP or so. I plan to keep it under that to be safe plus my transmission is only rated at 350 ft lbs of torque so slicks wont be seeing the rear end anytime soon. I do plan on putting on a new set of head gaskets and maybe a b303 cam and gear drive timing gears. Quote Selected
