WOW! What a weekend!!!

Let me start by saying this didnt involve a fox body car but what a rush. I took my son to Watkins Glen Saturday for an all day event put on by the SRT division of Chrysler(went with the Jeep SRT8). Basically what it is is a day long driving experience in all the SRT vehicles on a historic road course. From running the auto cross to head to head drag racing and sliding sideways in Vipers. The part I am still grinning from is the 120+mph laps around the track in the various vehicles. Having done something similar when I worked for Mercedes I was quite impressed that they actually let you do this without a co-pilot. The only let down for me was the 300, the car felt like a very fast car that really shouldnt be going near the speed it was, everything else felt like your ability would fail well before the car. The surprise to most of the people there was the Jeep, in the drag race even giving the other cars a headstart it would catch and pass everyone of them(Viper excluded). Again I know its not  Fox oriented but if you all ever get the chance do it, it will be something you wont soon forget

That is sweet! I wish I get the chance to do such a thing. I love that Blue on the Viper, thats what Im using as the accent color on my truck, and the Green on the awaited purchase of a 69 Mustang sometime in life.

LUCKY!!!!

The Jeeps are awesome. I've been trying to convince my mom to trade in her '05 Laredo on an SRT.
