Rearend question? October 01, 2007, 06:48:25 PM Question... what exactly is the benefit of swapping your 7.5 to a 8.8?? Just curious?? I have a set of 3.73 gears for my 7.5 and thought about putting them in. But before I do that though, explain why I should do something else. If you aren't planning a radical set up you could just throw those 3.73 gears in your 7.5 and have fun :burnout: I have a 7.5 with 3.73 gears and a Traction-Lok behind my GT40P headed HO with no problems.
