Pass. Power Window won't go down

Hi guys I'm new to the forum, I have a 1986 Tbird Turbo Coupe with 37K miles I've owned the car since 1987. It's been sitting for awhile while I do upgrades on it, the other day I needed to lower the Pass. window and it won't go down. Interior lights dim when I operate the  switch, but no window movement. Any body experence this, bad ground, switch? Everything worked when I parked it. I haven't started looking into it yet as to what's going on.
 
I'll post pictures of the car when completed, just a brief list, it's a complete coil over car now all four corners, lowered, Automatic converted to a 5 speed, 18" team Dynamic wheels, 13" front brakes, 11" rear brakes, 3" stainless exhaust, header, intercooled, adjustable boost,external wastegate,and more.
 
Body side rubber moldings removed, new front and rear fiberglass bumper ends made with moldings removed for clean look. The car will be repainted Foose style Black upper and light silver blue lower.

Dimming lights indicate excessive current draw... Could be a short in the wiring or switch, but I rather think the motor or window mechanism is stuck...

Thanks, I'm beginning to think it's the motor also.

I took off my motor, A BITCH JOB TO GET IT OUT took 3 hours to get those 3 bolts out, my question is how the hell am I gonna get them back in... but don't let anyone talk you in buying a new motor like they tried with me.  New Motor 60 bucks, I fixed it for under 20 by just cleaning it up and getting new gears since mine were shot and now it works better then before.  Only hard part is getting it out and in the car... If U got big hands like me..

Have the access holes for the bolts been cut?
If it has never been replaced before, there dimple dents where you drill the access holes.
I used a 1/2" hole saw. 3/4" would have been better.

theres holes on the side but not direct on top of the bolts holes..

The dimple dents will be directly over the bolt holes.

Thanks Guys for the input, I use to work at Ford in Design and there was always more effort designed for assembly not disassembly Though all the modifications and updates I've done I don't think I've swore as much as I have with this car. Seems like everything is a pain in the you where to get clear access to but it is worth it. It's turning into a cool looking car.

It's the blue/silver that you show in the picture. It will be black from the body line below the window up from there,broke up with a colored pin stripe.
