Let's see how far I can take this...

The image below is a screenshot of a very obviously fraudulent ad on kijiji (kinda like Craigslist). Nobody would ever expect to get a Foose Camaro for seven grand. The same ad poster had a '69 Boss 429 on there this morning for $4500, but I didn't bother with that one. I think I'll have some fun with this one. I've already replied (using a throwaway email address), basically saying I'm interested in the car and wish to see it. I know he'll reply with "I'm overseas and the car is in a container" or something like that, but I'm thinking I'll play this guy along. I may even pull the "I'll send you payment for $14000, you send me back the difference" scam (obviously I wouldn't actually do it, but just to see if a scammer would fall for a scam). I will post all conversation here. I will be taking suggestions as to how to reply to him to keep things going as long as we can. Who's up for some fun? :D

And now, the ad:

Oops, we have another. A '99 Mercedes for $7k. This time he included the VIN (wdblj65g6xf074452) which I googled. The car is for sale in New Jersey, Philadelphia, and on some auction site:
