2.3 Plastic Tensioner Pulley

If anyone has had or will have a problem the 2.3's plastic serpentine belt tensioner pulley getting tappered on the edge and or dropping a belt because of the pulley, I have found a cheap & easy solution. The pulley from a 1996-2000 Dodge Caravan or Chrysler T&C, with a 3.3liter v6, is the same diameter inside and out. The difference is it's made of steel and won't wear down like the plastic. The best part, the pulley can be purchased separately from the tensioner for about $20 aftermarket or $35 from Chrysler. I've been a Chrysler tech for 10 years and have never seen these pullies have any problems. The tensioners themselves freeze with rust, but the pullies are die hard.    FYI!!!!!!!
