Gotta Question January 30, 2005, 04:02:03 PM What is this part and can I get rid of it. The car is my '85 Cougarhttp://members.tccoa.com/1wldbrd/solenoid.jpgThe part in question is the square thing in between the starter solenoid and the voltage regulator. I think it had something to do with the emissions for the vehicle, because one wire is broke (and has been for years) and the car still runs and drives fine. Half the wires that run from it lead to plugs that have nothing to plug into.Thanks for any help. Quote Selected
