Lower sucks as it is very short and has a sharp bend from the plenum mating to the ports... Gave one of those to the s guy as well...The 5.0 truck intake is fairly efficient and and the lower is the basis for Holly's aftermarket intakes... Those use trapezoidal ports at the plenum to upper, AFIK same deal as the 5.8, doesn't bolt to any other factory intake...... Saw a LSC Lincoln with one, was defiantly a ghetto rig... Quote Selected

Cougar XR7 5.0 to Town car 5.0? Reply #19 – May 02, 2007, 07:35:10 AM never actually tried it but i've always heard that the std rotation w/p have a different bolt pattern than rev rotation w/p. might have to change timing cover. Quote Selected
