Front Air Dam Idea

Mustangs can do it...
It basicaly lets you use a front air  from an 83-88 ranger on a mustang to provide more downforce and just look killer. I wonder if this can be done to our cars as well. Not sure why really, ut was on Corral and saw it. I might just try this for kicks. Anyone have any imput?

There is a factory one on the car I think, just mine doesn't have it. And since mine's not lowerd, it would give it the look. And best of all, I'm goin to the JY tomorow anyways so I'll just see if t works or not

It not for "looks"  it is an air deflector to help suck more air into the Rad to help in the cooling department.

the one on that stang is a touch big. one of the 03-04 mach 1 front spoilers would work decent with little tweaking. you can see it on the nose of my car in the sig pic here.

I don't need anymore loss of ground clearance.I suppose the idea is a good one,but my car hasn't been lowered, and I still drag my air dam too much on inclines. So,how's the car runnin'?

I would too. But I don't have one, then no way to paint it. Body work should be some time after CJ so i'm getting everything together. New doors, now trunk lid, maybe a custom short ducktail wing on it, possibaly 5 lug.... Just collecting parts and trying to do something a bit different

Someone here put a Mach 1 Chin spoiler on an 87-87 car and posted pics.  It looked really sharp.

I'm wondering what it will look like on an 84. With my black bottom 2 tone front is should blend in and still look good.
