"Talking" system sentry April 04, 2007, 04:52:50 PM I think I remember reading about a "talking" system sentry in the earlier (~'83) fully loaded Tbirds. Does anyone have any sort of information about this? Quote Selected

"Talking" system sentry Reply #2 – April 07, 2007, 08:57:10 AM Sorry, been a way for a couple of days. The talking part of it is three things that really have nothing to do with what I consider the systems sentry. What it does say is. I have it in my '83 Heritage1. "The key is in the ignition."2. The headlights are on."3. "The door is ajar."I think its pretty cool. Quote Selected

"Talking" system sentry Reply #5 – April 07, 2007, 12:05:41 PM My sister had an early 80's Daytona that talked. I can remember once we were trying to get it started, and every failed attempt it would say "Your engine oil pressure is low. Prompt service is required." Quote Selected
