I keep getting a popup window was blocked

Help! For the first time, I cannot post images . it keeps saying that a pop up window was blocked. Any help? My IMG code is on.

There is an upload manager for uploading pix from your computer to the board...it pops up in its own window. You may need to turn off pop-up blocking temporarily, or mark this site as 'safe for pop-ups', to get that to work.
