Screwed myself big time(Bad News)

First I wanna apologize, I havent been on that much lately at all with how much I was workin an when I wasnt workin I was doin stuff around the house or playin World of Warcraft. Well as some of u know or can remember I drove a straight truck for a window company.

(YOU CAN PROBABLY SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING ALREADY)Well my wife is pregnant an we were startin to tell friends an family, well a friend wanted to take me out an celebrate and of course he was going to drive. I never do if I even go out(most of the time just have 2-3 friends over have some drinks an play halo or something) well the 95 cougar I sold him literally blew a headgasket while he was sittin in my driveway waitin for me. so were like oh hell no i cant believe this yadda yadda yadda, screw it dude we'll fix that tomorrow! Harry's is not even 2miles away.

Any other time we woulda did the same shyt got a bottle of captian an chilled at home, I dont know why we were so hell bent on going to the bar but we went to bar at like 5oclock. ate dinner an around 9 oclock feelin pretty good im like shyt i still have to drive home, I stop drinnkin an start smokin my black n milds more instead..I even ate again at 1130 an after a few great games of golden tee we leave at 130 an of coursei get nailed an with a CDL thats the biggest frign no no possible! You can probably kill someone with a car an go right back into a semi quicker than tryin to get out a DUI...

Ohio public safety disqualified me for 1 year on the cdl if I dont pass this hearing I gotta take the whole training/driving test over an mind u its about a 5year minimum before any employeer will even be able to consider puttin me back on the road. I am so screwed, I am always way more responsible than that I was just so happy about the new baby an after dudes car broke down in drive, i dont know...Stupid stupid stupid....Like the signs an bumper stickers say "Buzzed driving IS drunk driving!"

Well sorry for such a huge thread but if I dont get a job sometime soon the cars will be going up for sale or the truck and the 87. More than like the truck and the 87 being that I cant get 2 kids in the Dakota...87's probably gonna be going $5500obo...Ill make a seperate for sale thread for it when ready...

Oh shiznit! That is bad..... hopefully you will be given a second chance...tell the judge the truth about it. Explain about the baby coming and take this as a lesson learned.

Good luck with it all. Oh and remember, if the straight truck is under 26000 lbs, you don't need a CDL. You may luck out and keep your job.
