my power drivers seat is having some issues like my tilt is not wanting to work anyone else have issues with this and if so whats the way to rememdy this forgive my this is my first venture into ford cars.

if its an 86 or newer,, the switch probably has soft drink goop in it ect ect.

one way to (((TRY))) and fix it is to pull out the switch and drop it in a cup and submerge the switch in rubbing alcohol. slosh it around and whatnot but let it sit for a while. Let it dry and plug it in to verify you did something before installing it back.

Does the car have dual power seats? If so pull the seat tracks and plug it into the passenger seat harness. You'll know if it's the seat or switch then.
