Door Hinges

I have been looking everywhere and I have not been able to find door hinges for the driver side of my 94 Cougar.  Can anyone tell me where I could find them?

Ford dealership?

I think they're welded onto the dogleg (not sure, though, i don't remember), so replacing them isn't easy. You can replace the pins in them very easily though, I did it in my old '91 T-Bird
