yesterday!!!...

Hello,

A  on the 1st December here, near Montreal, Qc, Canada, a mix of snow, strange mix of snow and water storm, and a ICE, when I'm on a highway with My truck, I see a full of SUV and a ricer (oh yeah!) over the road on the highway (no hurts, exceps he's personnality)...

At 9pm I decided to pick up a 6 pack of beer at My favourite 24hrs, when I drive out of them with the truck, I check at right Okay, at left a car over 1000feet over, okay, I decide to back up quicly to clear the road and drive before this car arrives, and FLOUSHHH! Boum! and Beeeeeeep! after 1 or 2 seconds, I check in My mirror again (full of rain ect), a car behind Me, !...

I drive for over 30-40 feet over, and a BRAND NEW Ford ranger I pushed over 3 feet over the road, the guy over his truck the hand on his head and me saying (shiznit) in My head, his front driver fender was totally s, OHHHH well (My insurance), BUT after I minded My affair, This Guy was on a no parking on the side of this dangerous road...

And when I back off, I never see any lights behind Me, the truck was on the dark and all the lights are off, STUPID! :beatyoass:  in My mind...

I never checked My damages cauz I have a 4"x4" by 1/4" Thick under My rear bumper (eheh!), This Guy and Me have filled an insurance contate, and go out of there...

I guess It will be a no fault result in this case, ONE, he's in a NO PARKING, TWO I'm back off, anyway, I'll say when My insurance will be renewed...

This piss Me off cauz I never had an accident since I have My drivers licence in 1983, and for this stupidity I breaked off My record...

But all the people are safe, and My ole van too :grinno:

HOLY ! at Wal-Mart I purchased a CHILD socks, ahem!!!!...

Happy winter EH!...

Sucks you had an accident, but the bad news is that it'll probably be considered your fault. No parking zone or not, his vehicle wasn't moving so he can't be at fault. My father found that out the hard way a few years ago when he backed into a Cavalier in similar cirspoogestances (the Cavalier was parked in a fire zone). He tried to use the "but he shouldn't have been parked there" argument as well, but the insurance companies told him "too bad, you hit a stationary vehicle". The mountie told him that even if the Cavalier would have been parked across the highway on a blind hill, if it's unoccupied and not moving it can't be at fault.

Could've been worse though - coulda been your T-Bird :D

Hello,

I guessed this will happens, BUT in Quebec it wa a no fault accident wave, anyway, I never got an accident with another vehicle since I have My drivers licence in 1983, NEVER claimed anything, and since 10 years with this company, never had any problems, always I right, but I guess this stupid accident with his :beatyoass: will cost to Me a bit, cauz My truck and My Bird is insured with...

With My bird I was checked 2 or 3 times, BUT not with My 1 ton van, My '85 bird is My baby, My van is My good friend, eheheh!

Have a nice day!.

Finally it a no fault accident (I guessed this), I was in fault because I'm in reverse, and the other truck was in a no parking area...

No insurance increase for Me (ouffff), the only thing bad, this will appear in My drivers licence folder, not more...

The only thing sick Me a bit, it's since I have My truck, I never had any accident with (cargo van, no windowed) on over 250k miles with, no 48 hours bills, absolutely nothing, and for a stupid moron parked on a no parking without any lights on his vehicle, I'll broke this record, ehhhh!...

If I believed it will Be a no fault, I was back up more fast (I never backup fast), and s his stupid ranger, eheheh!:grinno:
