I want some blackouts for a 88 cougar and a 88 tbird thanks.

1988 T/C body with a 5.0 transplant. Motor has a Vortech V-2 supercharger, Edlebrock Performer RPM II intake, heads, FRPP F-303 cam, Comp Cams roller rockers, Power Pipe, LMAF, full Mac exhaust, lowered, Koni's, 5 lug conversion, Cobra wheels, 13" Cobra brakes, etc.
SOLD September 2020. Will miss this car after 19 years of building/driving/showing it off. Time for a new chapter in my life.
Dynoed 446 horse/409 torque at the wheels.
2003 Tenth Anniversary Cobra Convertible. 1 of 369 Torch Red made.
2021 Chevrolet 3500 dually, crew cab Duramax.

By black outs I would asume that you mean Tail light blackouts. I work at a parts store and have looked at all the brands we can get. This was about 2yrs ago and no one made any tailight blackouts for the 83-88 bird or cougar. I do remeber reading some where that in 85 the cougar had factory balcked out tailights that didn't pass DOT so that maybe why they never made any for these cars. I guess you could always get some of that Nite Shades stuff that comes in a Spray can. It is made by VHT.
  Now if you are talking about headlight covers you should be able to get them in 2 different brands. GTS, & Autoventshade. I got some of the AVS ones and they were nice until one of them went MIA. The AVS ones that I bought only covered the headlights on my 84 T-bird but they might be different for the 87-88 style lights. The GTS brand ones that I've seen pictures of cover the headlights and the corner lights on the 83-86 models. Hope this helps you with what you are looking for if you haven't already searched or found this info.
