I want this car Reply #17 – November 13, 2006, 05:24:05 PM Quote from: 88turbo;112155whats wrong with a TC hood?D'oh! I must've been drinking when I posted that. I meant to say take the aftermarket 'scoop' off. I don't have anything against the TC hood, especially when it's neccessary as it is on this car. Besides, the scoop is a dead issue because it's already been removed. I guess I'll reverse my decision. I love it. Quote Selected
I want this car Reply #18 – November 13, 2006, 06:02:49 PM I like it a lot. Even the rear spoiler, I was thinking of doing something similar. Quote Selected

What, are you nuts? The rules clearly state that no person who first hand witnessed the 80's is allowed to like it.Need I remind you?http://blog.tmcnet.com/blog/tom-keating/images/keating-senior-semi-big.png Quote Selected
I want this car Reply #20 – November 13, 2006, 07:58:25 PM I like the car other then the hood scoop, anyone knows where I could get a spoiler like that ill even take a smaller one but that’s the type I like. Though most are going to disagree but I am a nascar fan. Quote Selected
I want this car Reply #21 – November 15, 2006, 02:25:49 PM I had a spoiler like that on my last car that got rear ended. I made it from scratch. In fact its out in the shed now. Somehow it did not break when the car was rear ended. Quote Selected

I want this car Reply #24 – November 15, 2006, 06:29:00 PM Andrew, if it's not too much to ask, are you sellin the "wing"? Quote Selected
I want this car Reply #25 – November 15, 2006, 07:00:37 PM Well see the thing is it was all smoothed into trunk lid as well as the quarter panel contoured to match the spoiler so just putting the trunk lid on a car would not look right with out making it blend into the quarter panel. Plus it was made 5 years ago when I was learning how to do body work and make fiberglass parts so there was not enough fiberglass matting put over the foam core so now there seams to be some soft spots on the spoiler. So you would be better off starting from scratch again then trying to fix mine. I could possibly build another but if I were going to do it to my car I would build it out of metal being I have the tools to do it now. Quote Selected
