control arms

hey guys! i started working on the rearend of my tbird the other day. pulled out the upper control arms so i could clean them up and box them so i can reuse them and save some $$$. im gunna ditch the lowers for some che arms. but anyways, any tips on how to get the bushings out of the arms? burn em out? there has to be an easier way than that...an cleaner. and any advice on were to get new bushings? thanks guys

I used a ball joint tool/ Small press.

You can rent/ loan a tool from Auto zone
