lifter chatter/lifter knock October 22, 2006, 03:48:17 PM i just changed my oil. i pit in max life 10-40 and there is a bad knock now. what do you think the knock is coming from? i thought it was lifter chatter/knock Quote Selected

If it's kind of a tick, tick, tick, sound at idle it could be the lifters. Did it make any noise before the oil change or is this a new thing? Quote Selected
