Wow. Looks pretty clean. 'Cept the engine bay, but that's fixable, definately want to give it a thorough inspection underneath.

Nice lookin' ride.

No offense, but that engine bay is bad. I hate to think it, but it looks kinda like Ether947's TCR. Still not bad for the price in any way

Yeah Judging by the engine bay that black paint coulda been a quick cover up.. inspect the under carriage thoroughly and make sure you're not in for a rude awakening a few months down the road.

I'd check the rear frame rails where they go over the axle, too. They're pr0ne to rust and will cause the whole arse of the car to buckle at the wheel well - one of those pics looks like that may have happened.

Looks good in the pics, hopefully will be just as good under closer inspection. Worth every penny of $200 IMHO

Then again I paid $100 for an 86tc with a blown engine, no turbo, no door and missing a quarter panel and though I did good :p

On second look that engine bay looks pretty crusty...

Thunderchicken why do you say that? qp's look straight to me

Look at the way the reflection seems to come to a point on the wheel opening in this pic:

I saw that too. Looking at the pic of the front view, though, I saw nothing out of the ordinary. I think it's just a combination of the light, reflected background and the complex curve of the fenderwell.

I agree with the others... look CLOSELY at that rust in the engine bay around the frame and shock towers.

Yeah im gonna give her a super close inspection once i pick her up. And she won't be driven on winter roads. She will be cleaned up nicely and the whole underside of the car will be covered in por 15!
