Croc hunter dead...

That's a pretty incredible and in my book respected way to go!  Speared by a stingray!

CNN sound like heartless SOB's when all they manage to say is stupid stuff like how he was feeding a croc around his baby.  So what!  He's still a big inspiration and a great human being to me.  I loved his shows.

ditto lol, doing what he did your always risking death, i dont know how many times i'v seen him on tv getting bit by something, or almost being eatin alive, or knocking his wife into a river full of crocks... when you do what he does, eventualy its going to catch up to you, it always does.

Well he died doing something he loved and was pasionate about.  Was he a bit crazy?  Perhaps.  But that's what made him who he was.  I would rather it have been Jack Hannah though.... ;)

Like said before, when you do a dangerous job, it's going to get you in the end. At least he left a big impression which is what he was probably going for all while having fun.

He got the kind of death I'd say most men dream of.

- Went out quickly
- Went out doing something he loved
- Went out in a memorable, anecdotal way

Crikey, indeed.
