Cougar Drifting....

Just wondering if any of you guys have ever done any drifting for the hell of it out there. It'd be cool to geta few videos circulating.

Although, a nice cougar and I think that he left a comment on my Car Domain.

Cougar drifting huh? I did it once in High School on the parking lot. But the lot was covered in snow and ice and I couldn't help but 'drift' even coasting at 2mph.

Yeah I know that doesn't count :flame:

hm...looked like NH plates. if you are going to bother drifting, specially to show off you gotta hang it out better than that.

Ive done some drifting. Had a few decent ones, untill the day i did  two 360's and slid backwards off the road.

That car is the appitamy of everything people wanna do to their cars.  Turbo hood, rims dash and 5 speed.  Me thinks that kid reads too much of the internet and doesn't think outside the box.  At least most of us do it because we love it and

1986 Mercury Cougar -- Midnight Wine and Taupe  ($1700) in 1999 w/ 103,000 miles.  Now with a motor from an 87 with 54K on it.
1988 Mercury Cougar -- Light Sandlewood Metalic  ($40)  in 2003 with 111,000 miles.  Needs a fender, some welding and a good tune up.  Possibly my next daily if i ever get it to the shop.

haha yah that kid has done some work to it... I like the custom switch panel on his granny console. It shows it real quick, but it caught my eye.

yeah i gotta say i watched it waiting for some good drifting, but especially at the beginning and where you see him shifting, i was saying to myself "dayum! if anything thats a sweet ride! thats like a real hot-rod cougar, what most of us cougar enthusiasts are going for!"
 
loved the sound of the thing and the exit out of the garage with the Kill Bill music was sweet too :headbang:

And by the way, thats NOT a drift. Thats just a little power slide. Big difference.

yeah his "drift" was lame my 6 could do that sometimes.  now i want to go see some movies with doughnuts. so some crazy stlye driving. but it was a nice car just needs to get the hood painted  but it did have a nice sound to it .
trick flow street heat intake , 24lbs injetors, ported GT-40's (Chip) long tube headers. and a Performance Automatic C4, with a hurst shifter!

speaking of movies i remember when i went to see Client Eastwoods "bloodwork" movie just because it had a Taurus SHO doing a meanass reverse burnout!
