Door Panel Repair

Has anyone come up with a decent way to fix the door panels.  THe area around the plastic fasteners on mine are all tore up so I am pretty sure the only thing holding them on is the screw in the "Oh shiznit!" handle.  I've tried tape and glue with no success.  I currently have a TC door panel installed on the drivers side, and a base on the passenger.  THe TC is missing the oh shiznit straps and covers and junk, and while not fitting right and having a bad door lock switch, looks much better IMHO.  The base on the other side looks great until you look at the back of it.  Also, I was wondering if anyone had found a decent replacement for the insulation as mine is junk.  Any help is much appreciated.

I used a two part epoxy putty to repair a broken dash panel in my car.  It bonds to the plastic and can be molded into any shape you want.  Once it's dry, it is rock solid and can be drilled, sanded, painted, etc.  The part I repaired on the dash was the two screw holes at the top of the radio bezel.  It has held up great for me since I did it.  I don't see why you couldn't use the same stuff to repair any plastic piece in the car.
