So, poor Graham has been VERY patiently waiting for a new oil return line from me for WAY too long now. I normally don't carry them "on the shelf" (he's the 1st person to order one) so I had to order it from MaxPSI (the same guy that makes them for Stinger, RW, and Esslinger). Well, they are all custom, hand-made, so I expected to wait a little. Anyways, I finally heard from him last night. The order was shipped on June 30th (placed like 3-4 weeks before that, not totally unreasonable) and was delivered via FedEx on July 12th (that took WAY too long, stupid FedEx). To the WRONG ADDRESS!! The place I used to rent in Bellingham, WA is owned by a pot-addicted 50-year old hobby store owner who's an ASS to everybody, including his dog. Needless to say, I didn't exactly leave on "good" terms. So, I've had ALL of my mail/packages/etc forwarded to here (Kelso, 230 miles south). I did leave my forwarding address, e-mail, and phone # so they have NO excuse to not call. Well, I called the cops. Boy were they happy to hear they had real-live stolen property case on their hands! Apparently an officer is going there RIGHT NOW to find the box! I REALLY hope the dumbass is token up when they get there because he probably has $2500 worht of pot in his house. Jerk-head deserves it too. So anyways, Graham, I hope they recover the box and get it sent down. At least I know MaxPSI is still alive, so if he dumped it or something, I can get another order in ASAP. I'll keep this updated!
*UPDATE*
An officer from Bellingham PD called to start the case. I now have a case # and they have all the facts. They're going to go make contact with the jerk today! I might actually get my stuff back!
good deal
high five
I just need an oil line....... :( *sniff*
thats funny because every 5th house in surrey (about 10miles across the border from bellingham,WA) is a grow op, good to hear that us West coast canucks arn't the only ones dealing with this sort of stuff :giggle:
