Having a problem with my 2.3 turbo motor. When we pull the oil cap off of the valve cover the engine starts to sputter and eventually stalls if we don't put the cap back in? Any reasons why it would be doing this? We're thinking the PCV valve is bad!

Try the PCV, replace it with a brand new one from Ford.
