Title: fast idle screw

hi guys, i remember seeing somewhere on an old post about the size of the fast idle screw. it gave the exact millimeter or metric size of the threads....i am replacing my old worn (rusty) screw and don't know what to buy...thanks in advance....p.s.  this is on a 3.8 v-6. with c.f.i.    year  1986.  thanks again

If you are talking about the throttle stop adjustment screw,
it's 5mm x 0.80
