Alright, so it seems my drive shaft is stuck at the slip yoke. How would you guys recommend getting it out?

Not sure what you mean.  Are you referring to the yoke that goes up into the transmission?  If so what do you mean by stuck?

Yeah, it should travel in and out when the suspension goes up or down.

Take off the driveshaft bolts, and gently tap it out with a hammer. Iver never had one get stuck before.

It's stuck pretty bad this coming week I'm going to use a slide hammer to get it out. Also I have another question are the auto and manual yokes the same length?

Im guesing the splines got bent on the yoke and I was wondering if I could just use one of these https://www.americanmuscle.com/frpp-28spline-driveshaft-yoke.html

I've never seen the splines get damaged. I've even chucked a driveshaft out at freeway speeds, pulled over walked back and picked the yoke up off the side of the highway and reused it after.
