289 4V with a mild cam, roller rockers and screw-in studs, C-4, 16:1 Steering, disc brake swap with dual system master cylinder, 1" anti roll bar, aluminum radiator, lowered front and rear

Those are from a '97 Crown Vic, and to my surprise, 'Made in Italy.'

I would never have thought Panther mesh wheels would look that good on a Mustang!  Nice car!

I had a Vic with those wheels and said, 'if I ever get another Mustang that's what's going on it.'
I was not surprised that they looked so good.  Just a nice wheel design.  They're big with the import guys too.  Especially the 240SX's.
The would look great on a T-bird too.
