  Thanks,it's a 1996. The Cougar (before I put my mods on it) was my wife's until she saw this about 12 yrs ago. I got her the Benz, I kept the Cougar.

Ah nice. Most of the ones I see around here are clapped out. It's great to see one in nice condition.

That Comet is pretty cool as well.

Thanks again. I'm old school in the fact that if I get a good used vehicle to start with, I can afford to put $1000-$1500 bucks a year into it and after 10 years I'm way ahead than buying new.

Kewl, guess I've had my head in the sand(in addition to being absent), didn't realize you were a Maverick/Comet enthusiast as well... Before the popularity of the Fox Stangs were often the choice to build a drag race car...
