Title: Pony wheels center caps?
Post by: ramair351 on April 14, 2012, 10:55:28 PM
just put these 1992 pony wheels on today. of course they have a big horse logo on the centercaps. anyone know if there is a centercap that will fit these wheels with just a ford emblem instead of the horse?  the wheels are a factory painted silver color, and the stock 88 TC cap is too large anyway.

Wheels look great. There's a few threads out there where other members had great ideas with centercaps.

When those rims were popular (mid-1990s), a few companies made blank centers for that rim, usually aftermarket manufacturers.
Haven't seen those in a loooonnnnggggggg time.

There were never Ford logo centers for that rim, nor with a Cougar logo. It was either the Pony, or blank (and silver or chrome).

Might want to hunt around eBay...

Americanmuscle.com has the plain ones. I'm looking at plain ones for a set of Cobra R's I'm going to put on mine. The ponies look good!
