Title: low buck solid drop engine mounts
Post by: Dougy_Fresh on March 20, 2012, 10:41:56 PM
well i just discovered that if you bolt late 80s crown vic 351 (and probably 302, i only have the 351's) engine side plates onto a SBF, it will bolt right in with 2.3T lower mounts. this is on my 84 TC. it places the engine almost exactly where it sits in factory v8 cars as far as front-rear, but it drops it down a pretty good ways. sits about 3/8 inch up off the Kmember.
