These are replica's of the 1990 Saleen wheels. They offer a 17x8,17x9 and a 17x10.Has anyone seen these wheels on a Tbird or Cougar? I think the 17x10 will fit but i'm more likely to go with the 17x8 up front and the 17x9 on the rear. If anyone has 17" 's on their car please tell me a good tire size to fill out the wheel well.
I have 255 40 17's up front and 275 40 17's out back. I have the 17x9 and 17x10.5 rims.

That's the kind of tires I have on the Sport.
I was thinking about a 285/40 17 on a 17x10 for the rear and a 245/40 17 on a 17x8 front.
17x10 and I'd be stuffing 315's on there, lol.
Will a 315/35 fit under a 88?
+1
They fit fine under the mustang and it's lowered w/quad shocks (i might have flipped them though). Probably would fit fine under a bird. Anyone local want's to try them out i'd be willing to let them. 275/40 up front and 315/35 out back with room to spare. You can see them in my sig link.
I have 315/30/18's under mine but also have 295/30/18's on the front. You will need to roll the fenders if you are lowered though. Mine have touched occasionally on the rear.
I will be on 17's
yes, but the width and diameter is the same, just has a different size rim.
