Some of you show me how to remove auto lamp in 1987 cougar.

Remove the single wire from the headlight switch, to disable the auto lamp feature.

It's one of the wheel next to the head lamp switch.

yup i just looked on the way home today and tried it out i have the auto dimmer too and if you rotate the switch untill it clicks it disables the auto dimmer
