Up front I know I need a fitting to make the TC brake caliper hose with with the Sport brake line. What size do I need and does anyone have part numbers from NAPA?
What did you do with the rear? I am going to swap the whole diff in but what did you use for brake lines. TC rear disc calipers have seperate lines for ABS. The sport and Mustangs have 1 line that splits to both wheel cyl. So should I cut the TC brake lines and flare them to work with the sport single brake line setup? Or is there a 1 into 2 adapter for the brake lines?
What do I have to do with the proportioning valve with the disc/disc setup? Is there a stock Ford part (Mustang, Crown Vic,Lincoln) that can swap in? or does the stock Sport one work fine?

Somebody has to have done this swap? I searched and found people have swapped it but not what they did with the brake lines.....except the fronts.
Uhmm, the TC uses a single line to the rear, just like the other T-birds and Cougars. I know when installing a TC rear in a Mustang you need a fitting to adapt the TC soft line from the diff to the hard line on the chassis. Also, don't damage the TC rubber line, they're not available anymore, at least not that I'm aware of.

As a side note I was able to use regular Mustang axles in my Turbo coupe rear (no more ABS and narrower for big tires). You have to cut off the bracket and bolt it behind instead of the front of the bracket, takes a couple of washers to get right. then I shorten the brace and rewelded it.

I just bolted the TC rear and used new "88 turbo 4" rear soft lines. They were still available through Autozone earlier this year. Switching from 10" stock up front and 10" rear drum, I only had to adapt the front lines with a napa fitting. They say they are in the process of switching fitting suppliers, at least in Seattle, so it may be more difficult to get the right part. I believe it is part number 7818. I had to use a fitting on both sides up front.
The rearend just bolted in with no brake work other than the proportioning valve and typical brake maintenance. The parking brake cables I used were from a 91 lincoln mark vii - I think both sides are the same. Like 1" of extension had to be added to get the lines long enough with the stock intermediate cable(s). It is easy to just extend one of the two sides' coupler piece that hooks the rear to the intermediate cable.

So th rear diff is just the matter of unbolting the flex hose on the body and removing the old diff assembly, then rolling the turbo coupe diff under and hooking up the flex line and bolting the diff in and bleed. Sweet. I was worried about that. So I just need to get the right adapters for the brake line to flex hose in the front.

Basically, yes.
I used an SSBC valve but that's because it's all I could find quickly and locally. They even spell "brakes" as "breaks" in their tiny 3x2" manual. "Increase" on the valve actually means decrease. Expensive junk but it isn't leaking and it works.
I was wondering if a v6 94 up mustang porportioning valve would work for that. Or if the Turbocoupe has one if that would work? Or an LSC?
