How do i mount an 88 tc top mount on my 86 tc? Thanks

There is two different ways to do it. Get a different Turbo housing or take a grinder to the one you have and grind off the ears at the turbo outlet. Either way works

You can also buy adapters.

And get a hood with the scoops or front mount the IC.
