i have a 1987 5.0 t bird a nd a hav a MAC stem from the headers back and an off road pipe.
But the lers sound real ruff like when a car that ha s a broken ler so i have a friend with a  2004 mustang with magna flows and they sound like  a very solid strong loud ass  soun any one have any experiece with magnaflow or any other lres

i plan on running magnaflows but that wil be with the modular swap. they sound real nice with the modular engines.
the 5.0 sounds a little more raspy and will never sounds like your buddys 04' depending on wich series ler you used will affect the sound. you can insert a wire mesh role into the ler exits. that should get rid of some of the drone.
