ive just bought a uper and lower intake manifold polished by profesional products with a 70 mm throttle and spacer and air intake.

i put it on and the car sounds horrible it shakes from left to right the engine is moving to much,and the car bearly move 5 to 10 miles per hour what can be the problem??? the idle sounds like
UH  Uh Uh  Uh  Uh Uh Uh Uh Uh  very fast extremely loud and im goin to a car show saturday 3-26-05

My guess would be that you got your plug wires messed up. Either that or you have a huge vacuum leak...

could have screwed up somehow with the injectors too i suppose... likely a vacume leak or some vacume line crossed somehow...

what knock off intake is it anyway.

I agree on the vacuum leak thing  go back and see that you put everything together properly.  Its  easy to miss something....  check all bolts for tightness especially now that it has run.  check all wires and vacuum lines for correct routing and secure connection.  BTW did you put the distributor in properly and set timing if you took it out

Did you hook the vacuum advance line back up?

I have seen some intake gaskets that have shifted wile putting the intake on and that would make a motor run like .  Thats the worse case prob,
I would guess u pulled the dist out and u dont have it in right or u hav made a boo boo with the wires.

Very hard to guess what other people have done with out seeing or hearing the prob.
Start from wires and work your way back if there right pull #1 plug out and set the motor to TDC and see were rotor is pointing.
