i couldnt find anything on the search engine for Knife edge lower intake so does anyone have a pic i could look at and some ideas on how to do the runners. the only thing i am sure of is that the injector bosses need contoured on the backside but how do you get at the middle of the runners on 2 and 3? Also i have a gutted upper but looking at it where the throttle body bolts on there is a huge cavern where the egr bolted on...should that be filled?
My goal is a 300HP daily driver. My mods at the moment are a 255 fuel pump, conical air filter, manual bypass valve(set at 15PSI), 3" stinger downpipe going to a bullet ler and a good tune up. Awaiting install is a volvo FMIC, 90 degree gutted upper, and when i get it done, the knife edge lower. thanks for the help. i'll do some pics this weekend.

thats cool thanks, but you mean nobody else has a pic of the runners up close? Especially the bumps by the injectors? How 'bout the throttle body end of the intake....should that be filled?
