I got my new wheels today.SWEEEEEET !!!! Before I start my heater core swap (I'd rather take a bullet in the foot),I'm going to have the tires mounted and balanced.I hope I don't need spacers.we'll se.Pics soon.Just wanted to tell everyone.Pretty exciting for me.

Yep,4 lugs.For me,it didn't make since to swap to 5 lugs to use the same thing I can buy in 4 lug.I can still upgrade to Mustang suspension,and bigger 4 lug brakes,but mine sem to work just fine.Pics as soon as I get the tires mounted and balanced today.It sounds freaky cold out there.The wind was supposed to get up to 20 and 30 mph today,and the temp in the 30's.I have to change my heater core.I need a new garage.

I don't have a choice but to get it done.It's either be cold and change it,or be cold everyday while driving.I'll take the "be cold for now" thing.It's an investment in winter comfort.
yea thank god i have time before i need a car, i have allot of work left before the car can go on the raod, might even need a rebuild since the car has sat for about 12 years only been driven maybe 5k miles
Good choice of wheels. My wife has polished aluminum R's on her 95 Saphire Blue (Violet/purple) Mustang GT and what a difference those wheels made!
Cool!!!!!!! Heater core changes are not too bad in the t-birds. Id say I did mine in about half a day. It helped that I have done Mustang,Camaro,and one in a 88TC I owned when I was 21.
Ive also broke my foot,and changing the heater core was less painful.LOL!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and cool on the wheels. But PICS ARE NICE!!

O.K.,here's where I am with the car today.........The heater core is finished.One hour and 55 minutes from start to finish.Thanks Eric for the link,it went smooth as glass.Next,I installed my air shocks.Before anyone says anything negative,hear this.Once a month (I work for the State,so pay-day comes on the last working day of the month),I carry home about $550.00-600.00 worth of groceries.Try filling the trunk,back seat,and passenger seat and watch the tail of the car take a dive.SOOOOOOO,airshocks installed,but no air yet.I keep the car level until grocery time.The Cobra R's are on and looking good.Now I need to get the interior swapped and paint.Pics tomorrow.I want to eat and relax and get warm.It was friggin' cold today.

The color won't be gold....and blue....and red,much longer.i've decided on a green color.I saw it on a Ford Sport Trac the other day.It's an odd shade with metal flake.I'm having the windows re-tinted soon,and I'm re-doing the black trim.As I've stated before,the exhaust will blow everyone away.No hints or info until they're done.O.K.,one hint....I just ordered the tips from Australia.They're not sold in America,but they are Ford parts.That's all you guys get fr now.The interior should be in by next Thursday afternoon.Paint no later than the end of March.The TC header panel is on the way.Tomorrow I may pull the rear seats and throw them into the deepest dumpster I can find,and start pulling Blue's interior and doing a little cleaning geting it ready for Pheonix.
Hey FordTruckFreeek,I just bought locking lugs yesterday "just in case".Now I know for sure why I did.
Blue was a pretty car before she got hit.....twice....in 6 weeks.ou guys have probably seen it in the baner.Once Pheonix is painted and done,It'll be up there as well.I have to go to Ford and pick up my new "Thunderbird" script I ordered for the trunk.More pics when I do something worth while.

Sweet it will be.I LOVE Ford parts that you just don't see everyday.I have two Ford "FPV" emblems I bought from over there,the also have the "Falcon Superbird" logo with them.I may install them.I just don't know.I have to paint the car first,then,I'll take some pics and do some designing on pictures.I have a few parts I've picked up that are very unique,and you never,ever,ever see anywhere.Whether I use them,that's another story.Everything has to "fit".It has to belong.I'm really picky about the little things.

Yep,sticking out a little.Still awesome to me.I like the wheels a lot.The polished snowflakes looked great as well when they were clean,but these are what I've been wanting for quite some time.I almost went with 8 inch wide front wheels,but decided against it.I'm glad i did.Nice patch of tread meeting the pavement.
