Body/Appearance/Interior / HOW TO - Replace Moon Roof Weather Stripping
Thanks!  The car's old seal was almost unbearable on the highway as it would introduce a ton of noise into the cabin.  It's now pretty much 100% quiet thankfully.

IMGUR is a great image repository.  They've even included a built-in download option if you'd like to download the images directly.

On that link above, you can click the "Download" button on the right side and will automatically download all the images in zip format.  If you have other hosting preferences feel free to upload to any other provider since it does suck when links go bad.

Body/Appearance/Interior / HOW TO - Replace Moon Roof Weather Stripping
Hey There!

If you're like me and can't stand the noise from your Moon Roof you're in luck!  Here's quick guide I put together after doing the much needed replacement yesterday:

I've got a step-by-step process outlined here with images.  You can read the comments at the bottom that describe each step as well.

What you'll need:
The Sunroof Doctor Kit: Here
A Phillips Screw Driver
Cleaning Agent to get the old "tar" off the sunroof glass.

The Sunnroof Doctor kit contains self-adhesive on the weatherstripping.  So no need for anything else.

The whole process took about 2 hours and wasn't too bad, cleaning the glass bezel was by far the most time consuming part.  But now the noise is completely gone and seems to seal almost perfectly making it so much better to drive.

Archive & Library (Read Only) / HOW TO - Replace Moon Roof Weather Stripping
Hey Guys,

Just finished up the install and all the wind noise is gone thankfully.  Figured I'd do a small write up for those that wanted to attempt the install.

Part's Needed:
Moon Roof Stripping: Link!
Screw Driver
Tar Remover / Some Sort of Stripping Agent

You can see the whole step-by-step process on my IMGUR album.  Each image has comments on the bottom for that step.  Pretty easy Overall, just takes a bit of time and patience, had it all done in about 2 hours.

The car now has no noticeable wind noise anymore.  Between 60 and 70 MPH it was almost unbearable, so this should help those that were looking to quiet things down a bit.  The SunRoof Doctor part is has adhesive on it already, so no need for anything else.

Suspension/Steering / Converting Teves II ABS to regular power brakes
I'm actually doing this exact swap into my 88 Turbo Coupe on Friday.

I'm hoping to use the stock prop valve for the rear brakes.  Once I'm done on Friday night if everything works out I'll go ahead and throw together a quick faq with everything needed.

Suspension/Steering / Brake master cylinder upgrade?
Actually, I'm in the same boat with my 87 Turbo Coupe, anyone know?  I'd like to go 93 Cobra booster and master Cylinder in order to keep things as simple as possible.

Electrical Tech / 87 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe ABS Wiring Removal
Hello!

I have an 87 Turbo coupe that unfortunately has had the entire ABS wiring hacked and spliced all over the place.  What I'd like to do is remove as much of the ABS wiring as much as possible as I'm switching to a Vacuum based setup next weekend.

Sorry don't have any pictures, but it looks as though the owner before me decided to not use the 2 Relays directly to the right of the Teves unit on the firewall, and spliced in his own relays instead by cutting the wires and attaching spades to them.  Any good place to get a schematic to see what I may be able to remove from the car by chance?

Mainly I'd like to remove the: Anti-lock control valve block, anti-lock pressure switch and brake pressure switch if at all possible.
