I'm only familiar with older carbed V8s , like 1970s and older.
The EFI 5.0 in my 84 is far from speedy.
How easy is a later 5.0 HO Mustang engine with FI ? Is it hard to wire up the later Fuel Injection ? They seem common.
Wondering if a 5.8 out of a early 1990s pickup would be better for more torque, same difficulty other then what looks like a different oil pan ? I found one with low miles. I'm sure the tranny might not love it, though.
Thanks for the compliments. I always try to keep the interior armor all'd and clean, but it hadn't been really vacuumed out in a while. It's definitely what I consider to be one of the best attributes of my car. The previous owner took great care of it and I plan to keep it that way.
Nice car. Not to sound nasty but I would avoid Armor All, use a non silicone protectant.
Work on the interior. Someone before me really did a hack job on the poor car. They were trying to make it into a hotrod. Judging by the trim pieces that are torn up someone didn't know how to use a screwdriver :asshole:
