it sounds like your going to all the big stuff first, i would maybe try checking your 1. Spark plugs 2. TFI module 3. Fuel filter....my car was doin the same exact thing, i cleaned the EGR, changed out my plugs fuel filter and TFI...now she runs great, it could be just about anything, i dont know if thats what it is, but hey, its a suggestion
