Lounge / Why GM went bankrupt
I hate even mentioning a ls, but it takes 6.2 liters to even keep up with a lowly 420 hp 5.0. I dont see ls's spinning 7000-7300 on a regular basis.Gm is behind Ford big time.

Finally made it back to Texas and I let my car see its new parts. I test fitted my hood. The rear of the cowl hits the windshield, a little tpuppies is in order to let my wipers work. py pic as usual for me.

Nice :). Those new 5.0s are nasty and make ridiculous power.

You've got the same interior as my '12 grabber blue Mustang. The interior is virtually the same between the 12's and 13's.

Love the Grabbers, I almost went with Deep Impact Blue, they are purty too.

Thanks, while I am an automatic guy, I went with the 6 sp manual and Im loving it. The gates are real close and you have to be pretty precise on gear changes, its easy to hit the wrong gear, but not a problem. Good low end trq, Im sure that is variable valve timing coming into play there.

Tbird project is still on. But I did add this to the stable. What a great, refined hotrod! Sarjaxx, I did not forget about you, just havent been in Texas much in the last 6 months, sorry about not getting the struts to ya. I will get them to ya.

When you reply, go to the advanced reply "go advanced" click manage attachments and search for your pic on your computer and load it up. So simple, even a chevy man could do it.

people cry when you say you're running a spool on the street.. it's all good and dandy, as long as you're not running stock axles and like making super sharp turns lol

and GO FAST OR GO HOME! :burnout:

Oh I know, I have heard it before. I think my Moser 35 splines will be just fine. On my 67, I would pull in to a parking spot and look at the inside tire and it would still be trying to catch up with the outside tire sitting still!

Sure for free, but shipping would be a bunch I would guess. I will be back home by Monday and need to ship some struts to sarjxxx. Send me your info in a pm.

Drag car that is barely street legal. I have decided to go with a full spool in the rear. That can be quite fun in the rain. I did own a 67 mustang when i was 17-18 yrs old with a mini spool on the street, worked fine.
