Sweet! I need the square switch. I have to do a bit more digging at my mom's I swear I should still have a bunch of stuff kicking around somewhere. I took enough of these apart and I know I didn't toss anything. I may have another box of stuff above or behind my prefect.
For sure on the hood, slated to go on the tc when I paint it of course. Paint is a must on this car. It's in the severely delaminated clear/ base coat comes off when you rub it stage
After much too long a hiatus since my last bird got killed I'm back. Anybody have a spare clock and mirror switch kicking around (or potentially know a fix for the mirror switch? mine go side to side but not up and down). I just picked the car up over the weekend so I'm sure there will be more. Loaded 88 TC.
I'd say at least 18" We were told to stay home but plenty of people still went to work. My company was open but I told em yesterday I wouldn't be in. 50 miles one way in this is just dumb. The fence is a 4' fence and the buried car is a tc that I was gonna have towed out but I guess it'll be here a while now:
And this is a random pic from after the last storm but I figured u guys would laugh... 26 wild turkeys passing through my back yard...
Sounds like a terrifying ordeal and wicked happy to hear it all worked out for the best! Make sure you give the wife a little extra R&R and have fun with the new little one :)
Congrats on all the new babies! And get your sleep in while you can! I was doing great until she started teething and between that and my super early 4 am wake ups for work I slept a whole 12 hours during the week (and made up for it this weekend!).
And they don't have to be boys to be grease monkey's! Dakota loves all things cars and has been in the speed shop at least once a week since she was 5 days old, went to her first nostalgia drag race at 3 months old and hit up plenty of car shows. She was all excited about the supercharged mustang on the cover of the 2011 FMS Catalog so we flipped through that today, lol.
So uh, I have my car torn in a million pieces and am failing miserable at getting the cluster out and it's only because of the shift indicator... I'm sure u can tell by this that I've never had a column shift car, so uh, HOW DO I GET IT OUT?!
Thanks guys, I kinda need my car back in one piece without screws everywhere...
not to shiznit up a good thread...and not to decry the holiday, I love this time of year like no other..but curious people should investigate the origins of christmas, the real meaning, traditions......and the reason. /end hijack
Oh I so know what you mean
This year was Dakota's first christmas. She got all sorts of stuff but about halfway through presents she got horribly upset and crawled in to the living room crying to watch her cartoons. She came back a little while later, lol.
I got lots of fun stuff: Movies: Zombieland, Whip It, How to Train Your Dragon Shop Vac Some sweatshirts Socks and undies 2 bottles of wine Fleece sheets A Razor Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Friend (Signed, Leather Bound Gold Leaf Edition) by Christopher Moore (highly recommended) Motor heart Necklace Footie PJ's with a drop seat! The most badass insulated mug ever with my name on it :) CASH Gift Cards Ornaments Some misc stuff still floating around out there ;)
I eat up about 2 tanks of gas a week but I also drive like 700 miles/week. Not sure on the mog but it's not good, running rich and trans is slipping. All I know is the second that aod goes, it's getting a 5 speed!
