I'm just getting into the Ford world so I am unfamiliar with what trannies are strong and which are not!! I really don't feel like swapping a 5speed...any more advice would be appreciated

How do you check to see if the IAC is good on an 88 TC?? The car takes a few cranks to start and then dies when I put it in drive...don't think I have a vacuum leak either...

problem is the engine won't keep running...Im getting fuel and spark. I hear the pump prime the injectors so I'm thinking its something else???

When I try to start my 88TC after installing a new TPS...(I forgot to mark the TPS before I removed it) the car starts and then dies...several times!! Do I need to set the TPS before this thing will keep running????
