Engine Tech / Getting new exhaust have questions

I have a 88 TC and looking to get a new exhaust but have a few questions. Is there any power gain over a single to duel exhaust on the 2.3 turbos? I would like to stick with duels but if I can can a few more hp I will go with a single. I plain on getting a full Stinger system.

Hi!Im looking to do a 5 lug conversion on my 1988 T/C. There is a  1990 Lincoln Mark VII LSC that Im thinking of getting for the doner. Will all the parts off the mark work on my car or do I have to get each part separate? Thanks for your input
