I aquired a 1989 thunderbird recently because it wont start. Been sitting about 3years. I installed a fresh battery,turned key and all power comes on but no crank!! Theft light blinks in dash and nothing? I changed the solinoid,and still nothing. Between my chiltons and haynes i cannot find one thing on this problem. It does have keypad on door,i messed with it but nothing. Maybe i should test the starter next?? Any help would be awesome!!
